dear spring, I'm so glad you are on your way

Last Friday was one of the first "nice" Seattle days in a while. Nice is a relative term, and it's rather funny to catch on to different locales' use of nice. In Seattle, if the sun peaks its way through the clouds, if there are smatterings of blue sky, it is a day most will call nice, even beautiful by some (myself included). And last Friday, the sun maneuvered through those forever hanging gray Seattle clouds, the flowers burst out in their beautiful colors and wow, it felt good!

Here are a few snapshots from around my apartment. Little hints that spring is on its way :)
